For patients who use an accessibility entrance: 4635 Southwest Fwy, the building immediately to our east, has a ramp leading to its north-facing entrance.

DIRECTIONS:

If you're coming from the east, on Southwest Freeway:
Driving westward on Southwest Freeway, take the Newcastle exit.
Turn left onto Newcastle, heading south.
Turn right onto Wild Indigo, heading west.
Turn right to enter the driveway into our parking lot (which will be between the two-story parking garage and Southwest Freeway).
Our office is located at the northwestern-most corner of the building complex, facing Southwest Freeway.

If you're coming from the west, on Southwest Freeway:
Driving eastward on Southwest Freeway, take the Weslayan exit.
Make a U-turn under the highway and head back west along the Southwest Freeway feeder road.
Turn left onto Newcastle, heading south.
Turn right onto Wild Indigo, heading west.
Turn right to enter the driveway into our parking lot (which will be between the two-story parking garage and Southwest Freeway).
Our office is located at the northwestern-most corner of the building complex, facing Southwest Freeway.

If you're coming from the north, on Highway 610 W Loop:
Driving southward on Highway 610, continue past the Highway 610-Southwest Freeway interchange.
Take the Fournace exit.
Make a U-turn under the highway and head back north along the Highway 610 feeder road.
As you approach Westpark, make your way to the right lane. Continue past Westpark. Always keeping to the rightmost lane, follow the Highway 610 feeder road as it curves to the right, becoming the Southwest Freeway feeder road heading east. Do not take the left fork continuing north along Highway 610 (see map above).
Finally, turn right into our parking lot marked by the "Executive Plaza" sign. Our office is located at the northwestern-most corner of the building complex, facing Southwest Freeway.

If you're coming from the south, on Highway 610 W Loop:
Driving northward on Highway 610, take the Fournace exit and continue on the Highway 610 feeder road heading north.
As you approach Westpark, make your way to the right lane. Continue past Westpark. Always keeping to the rightmost lane, follow the Highway 610 feeder road as it curves to the right, becoming the Southwest Freeway feeder road heading east. Do not take the left fork continuing north along Highway 610 (see map above).

If approaching from the east on Westpark Dr:
Driving westward on Westpark, turn right onto Newcastle, heading north.

If approaching from the west on Westpark Dr:
Driving eastward on Westpark, prepare for a left turn onto the Highway 610 feeder road.
As you pass under Highway 610, turn left onto the feeder road, heading north, but immediately keep to the rightmost lane. Follow the Highway 610 feeder road as it curves to the right, becoming the Southwest Freeway feeder road heading east. Do not take the left fork continuing north along Highway 610 (see map above).
