Patient Access Representative
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly, answer questions and make them feel comfortable while waiting for appointment. 
- Check in and out patient efficiently. 
- Collect payments. 
- Schedule appointments. 
- Answer the phone (both voice and text via app). 
- Verify insurance information. 
- Manage digital information. 
- Communicate with other office personnel. 
Qualification:
- Excellent communication skill 
- Computer skills (able to easily maneuver amongst various website) 
- Good writing skill (good grammar and spell check as significant amount of communication will be via text through app) 
Commitment:
Full time or part time. Must be reliable. May need to cover some of the weekend.
