Patient Access Representative
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly, answer questions and make them feel comfortable while waiting for appointment.
Check in and out patient efficiently.
Collect payments.
Schedule appointments.
Answer the phone (both voice and text via app).
Verify insurance information.
Manage digital information.
Communicate with other office personnel.
Qualification:
Excellent communication skill
Computer skills (able to easily maneuver amongst various website)
Good writing skill (good grammar and spell check as significant amount of communication will be via text through app)
Commitment:
Full time or part time. Must be reliable. May need to cover some of the weekend.
