Patient Account Representative
Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance and communicate key information to patients and providers. 
- Answer patients’ questions about account balances. 
- Post daily payments. 
- Scrub and send claims out. 
- Reconcile account balances. 
- Post remittance and allocate funds. 
- Generate and send financial statements. 
Qualification:
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish).
Excellent computer skills (mastery of electronic practice management system, and ability to obtain/verify information using the internet).
Good math and accounting skills.
Commitment:
Full time or part time. Must be reliable. May need to cover some of the weekend.
